Are you the kind of girl who stays up at night dreaming of the vampire that will come into your bedroom and sweep you off your feet? Well, wake up! Girls who get involved with vampires either end up hurt or dead, and our favorite three — The Vampire Diaries‘ Elena (Nina Dobrev), Twilight’s Bella (Kristen Stewart) and True Blood’s Sookie (Anna Paquin) – are all living proof of that fact. Their lives might be less exciting afterwards, but you have to admit they’d all be better off if they stuck to dating their own kind. You know, humans.

Those of you who have read all of Stephenie Meyers‘ books in the Twilight saga know how things will turn out for Bella Swan in the end — but for now, shes in a heap of trouble. A whole flock of fanged folk are after her, including the ancient vampire coven of the Volturi. They resent the Cullens’ vegetarian lifestyle and want Bella dead because of her ‘unnatural’ relationship with them. And what Dakota Fanning wants, Dakota Fanning gets!

More importantly, Bella wants Edward (Robert Pattinson) to turn her into a vampire, and as we all know, you kind of have to get killed in order to complete the transition. So… as long as Bella is able to convince Edward to do it — and most of you know how all that goes — her chance of death is almost totally certain.
