Jackson Rathbone embarrassed when his phone went off during filming

Twilight actor Jackson Rathbone said he was embarrassed when his phone went off while he was filming an emotional movie scene.

The 26-year-old star, who is best known for playing Jasper Hale in the Twilight Saga, said he now prefers texting after the embarrassing incident.

He said to UK's Company magazine: 'I used to hate texting and couldn't understand why people wouldn't just make a two-minute call. It's nice to hear someone's voice.

'But since my phone rang during filming a particularly emotional scene in a new film called Live At The Foxes Den, I've realised the benefit of texts - and now my phone is always on silent!'
