"Bel Ami" Review by Asia One
As a vampire in the Twilight movies, English heart-throb Robert Pattinson was undead in more ways than one.
Given another role to prove that he has life in him as an actor, he still cannot act.
In this film adapted from the 1885 novel Bel Ami by Guy de Maupassant, he is a former army officer who rises through the ranks of Parisian society by sleeping with powerful men's wives.
It is unbelievable that the women (played by Christina Ricci, Uma Thurman and Kristin Scott Thomas) would fall for his character.
