We Found 'Vampire Diaries,' 'Matched' In Our Stockings: What Pop-Culture Gifts Did You Get?
The proof is in the figgy pudding—Hollywood Crush staffers were very good girls in 2010. How else to explain the bounty we found under the tree Christmas morning? While not all of our gifts were wish-list winners (thanks for the Snuggie, dad), many of our favorites, unsurprisingly, were pop-culture related. What better way to wish an entertainment writer (or anyone, for that matter) "Merry Christmas" than stuffing Ian Somerhalder in her stocking? Keep reading to find out what pop-cult gifts we wished for—and received—and add your own in the comments section!
"Water for Elephants" by Sara Gruen
The book is exceptionally written, but imagining Robert Pattinson as Jacob Jankowski is like seeing an advance screening of the largely anticipated and buzzed about film adaptation. So awesome. —Aimee Curran

"The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" on DVD
As a part of my Hanukkah presents, I received the "Eclipse" DVD. This wouldn't be terribly noteworthy, except I have the Canadian version, so the cover reads "La Saga Twilight: Hesitation." My French is pretty mediocre, but I still thought that's an odd translation of "Eclipse." Then, when I listened to the RPattz-KStew commentary (so weird but so awesome, right?), it was cool to hear Kristen's take on the different French title. —Jyll Saskin
